All because two people fell in love

I did this lay out yesterday of my grandparents. I never did meet my grandfather, he passed away before I was born. This is one of the few photos that I have of him. So I took the Bo Bunny Time Piece line that I love and have used several times and created this lay out. Added alot of flowers and embellishments..........I took some close ups. Thanks for stopping by and taking a peak.

Here is a lay out that I did of my DD Mariah. I just love this line by Fancy Pants, its called Road Show. This is the second page that I have done using this line. Here is the first one. (CLICK HERE)
The paper and all the rub on's that came with this line are just super cute.
Most of the flowers that I used came from I am Roses, the bling is Kaiser Craft and the Key lock is a Kaiser craft wooden flourish. I glimmer misted it with a couple of different colors until I got the color that I was happy with. The butterflies are Prima and the fastener is a Tim Holt Die that I cut out and used grunge board and then inked it.

New Blog Header

So......what do you think? I made it with my scrappy stuff. The flower is actually hand made by me, (KINDA SHABBY CHIC) don't yah think?
Because I have really been browsing everyone's blogs there were some that I had seen cute hand made headers, (instead of from the internet) and I wanted to give it a try. I wanted a header that was unique, so I designed it to try to match my back ground. I had alot of fun doing it. I have to give credit to my friend HEATHER for helping me crop it with my cute little flower frog stand...........

pssstttt I have a secret

Doesnt it look like Mia is telling her sister Sadie a secret? I just thought this was a super cute photo and couldnt help but use that as a title. I just sat here today and made this lay out....I love working with pictures of my girls because most of the time its outdoor pictures of them with their bright reddish fur and green grass ect, and I like these colors.............
Anyways used a old die cut for the butterfly as a mask and glimmer misted it, added strips of ribbon in each corner and added flowers. I also got my sewing machine a little work out and ran some stitching along the edges of the paper.

Better Sneaks

Well I had posted a few POSTS ago some sneaky peaks of the upcoming BELLA CREATIONS blog hop June 3rd, 4th and 5th. The pictures that I had taken were taken indoors..........yesterday we finally had some SUNSHINE outside and I decided to take some better pictures.


The sneaks are of the BELLA CREATIONS FIRST KIT reveal that will be revealed on June 5th. The hop is to get everyone excited about the reveal of our first kit, so the DT members are giving sneak peaks here and there.

Another dress form

Played around some more last night and made another one. I had originally had 4 of these cut out......I have the 4th one sitting on my crafty table right now, but tonight I think Im going to work on a lay out and leave the dress forms alone....LOL Thats my problem when I get obsessed with making something because its fun and cute I just wanna keep doing it. Anyways for now here is another one and close up shots of the tops of all of these where I have added flowers or feathers.

Ok, so I have the TH die that I love. I have only cut a couple of these out and havent really played around with them too much other then adding them to a scrap book page or two.
The other day I was blogging and ran across Amy's blog.

The dress form that she has on her blog was just adorable.
Her dress form was padded and I had asked her about it and she stated that she received it from a company that is no longer in business.
I was going try and find something to pad mine with, but decided to go ahead and just play around and do a couple without padding.
So here are the two that I have done so far.
The first one I did I actually glimmer misted it and then embossed it to give it a shine. I then took a little doily that I had and I cut it in half. From there I just glued everything in place. I actually added some stiff felt to the back to secure most of the gluing in place.
The second one I just painted and glimmer misted. I then took ribbon and just started layering. Added a little feather and a little stone and WA LA....done.......
CUTENESS....not sure what I will do with these....but had fun making them!

My Mom

So.....quite awhile ago I asked my mom and my aunt for old photos of them when they were young, and I wanted photos of my grand parents too, although I never knew my grandfather because he passed away before I was born. My aunt dug through her things and put together a box of photos and gave them to me. I went through all the photos and scanned all the ones that I wanted knowing I would eventually scrap them. So this is a page that I did of my mom. I wish they had written on the backs of these photos, but most of them they didnt. I would assume that she was a teenager here.
Anyways I had bought the Bo Bunny Time Piece line awhile ago, and if you look at an older post, I have a 7 gyspy photo tray that I did using this line. Well I have more of this line to use, so I made this page of my mom!

My Boy

I have really been in a scrappy mood lately! Most of the time I have DT work to do and that is about all the scrapping that I get done. But for some reason I have just been on a roll wanting to get some things done just for the fun of it.
Boy pages are hard for me to do because I do so many fun girl pages with bling and flowers all the time. I decided that I wanted to do a page for my son. I was inspired by someone elses lay out using this paper line and pulled it out to do a page of my son.

Happy Mothers Day

Wishing each and everyone of you a Happy Mothers day today, even if you dont have kids, you may have fur babies, and if you dont have fur babies you are always a Mother at heart. Each and everyone of us is a Mother at Heart.

Mia and Sadie........My girls

Here is a lay out that I did of my dogs. I love thee girls............we got them just at 8 weeks old and they were just the cutest puppies.....................they are still cute.....and sweet as can be. I have been on a roll the past couple of nights scrapping, just wanting to do some fun pages and start using some of this scrap stuff that I have sitting around and hording. LOL yeh Im a horder.........get something cute and dont want to use it, but Im trying to change that.

Beautiful Daughter

Mariah never ever lets me take pictures of her anymore. She hates it when I have the camera out and try to snap pictures of her. So I was looking through her facebook photos and she has a few out there that she has used for her profile pictures. I snagged this one off of her FB page and decided to scrap it. I think she did some photo editing color changes to it, but thought it was cute. i dug through my stash of PP and found a really cute fancy pants line that I was horing, with matching stickers and rub ons. I then added prima blind and lots of cute flowers.

Bella Creations DT reveals for May

Well here are are another month under our belt over at Bella Creations. We have had such a great adventure so far with Lacee. And every month it just get's better and better. I did an 8 1/2 by 11 page to fit infront of the sleeve of a binder. Lacee and I are doing a binder swap. We decided that we needed a binder to keep cool ideas in that we see on the internet of things that we would like to try, or cards that we would like to try to make. Neither one of us really make cards, but we are going to start challenging ourselves to do them.

In this challenge I also combined it with our Bella Unique Challenge. In the Bella unique challenge (all about techniques) we wanted to highlight Suade Chipboard and a technique on how to make your own. I used this technique with grungeboard to spell out the work ANGEL on my lay out. The saying on this reads "Friends are Angles without wings"
